М.Р.Сапин опубликовал лично и в соавторстве более 540 работ, в том числе 18 монографий, более 30 учебников для медицинских, биологических и педагогических вузов, училищ, колледжей и общеобразовательных школ, учебные и методические руководства и пособия.
